We collect the contact, location, experience, availability and work-assessment information you submit.

Why we collect it

We use this information to evaluate possible work matches, contact you about opportunities and introduce you to selected participating employers.

What employers receive

We do not publish candidate profiles publicly. When we believe there may be a fit, an employer may receive your name, contact information, experience, availability, assessment score, response flags and interview guidance.

Your choices

Participation is voluntary and does not guarantee an interview or employment. You may ask us to correct or remove your profile by contacting the ServiceFit administrator who directed you to this assessment.

Important limitation

Assessment results are one screening input, not a final employment decision. Employers are responsible for independently verifying qualifications and following applicable hiring requirements.
